How To Update Your Property's Contact Information

It is a best practice to always have your property’s contact information shown in places your potential guests can easily find and use. BackOffice pulls your contact information from a single, consistent place, keeping you mistake-free with this important aspect of your website.

  1. Go to Settings > Info.  

  1. Scroll down to Address & Contacts to modify your property’s contact information.  

  1. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
  2. Your changes will be reflected on your site once you go to Marketing > Publish > Publish Now.

In addition to your basic contact information, note that you can also change your social domains at the bottom of the page.

  1. Make sure to click   at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
  2. These changes will be reflected on your site once you go to Marketing > Publish > Publish Now.

Congratulations! You’ve just updated your property’s contact information!
